The Way to Retain Elect Leadership

Transcript of a talk given to business leaders who fell:

“How are we doing good people? I know this is going to come as a shock for everybody here, but you already have the answers to your desires, right now. That’s right you have the answers to your questions, the why you didn’t get it done? The how you winded up broke, lost your family, the house burned down, ruined the business, lost your job. You already have the answers to how this took place. I don’t have to tell you a thing. No, let me rephrase that….I don’t have to tell you a thing that you do not already know.

You know what you did, you know how you lost it. You know you got proud you know what you took for granted, you know what you did not hold sacred. You prayed for days, and months some of you for years, you prayed and you prayed, and that’s not all … most of you worked hard. I mean, you work really, really hard. You worked hard at getting something that you admired and desired. Whether you were meant to get it or not. You prayed and you toiled, you planted your seeds into the soil and your intentions and aspirations into a universe that returns in abundance.

You got what you asked for and you got negligent. Your prayers were answered and you stopped praying. You got negligent, you got complacent, AND you began to think that your blessings came from you! You got blessed…
